If you do not have a WiPay account, or wish to create a separate Zwillo account (using different credentials), you can sign up for a new Zwillo account directly from the App. Simply select the “SIGN UP” option on the Log In screen.

There are 4 easy steps to sign up for a new Zwillo account:

  1. Registration: Enter a valid email address and password.
  2. Validation: Within a matter of seconds, you should receive a validation email from WiPay Support at that address. The email contains a 6-digit Validation Key which you may manually enter on the Sign Up screen in-app. Alternatively, you may select the “Click to Validate” button in the email and follow the instructions for automatic validation.
  3. Required Information: Zwillo needs some basic info about you and your business. Some of the fields are mandatory in order to complete the sign up process, so be sure to fill in the details before clicking “NEXT”. Any missing info, which is not mandatory at this point, may be filled in at a later time. Just 1 more step to go.
  4. Photo Verification: Snap a picture of your photo ID from either your National ID Card, Driver’s Permit or Passport. Ensure that the photo ID contains a clear image of your face. Once your photo ID is successfully submitted, your account should be verified within 24 hours and you can start using Zwillo.
