WiPay Jamaica, a part of the WiPay Holdings group, yesterday announced the historic partnership between Republic Bank and WiPay Holdings, where Republic Bank has agreed to acquire a 19.99 per cent stake in WiPay Holdings’ subsidiary, Nobis BaaS.
